Oktoberfest 2025!

Oktoberfest is always the busiest time of the year, and we still have some availability for this busy season!

Don't forget to think about:

• Your budget - this is the most expensive time of year for bands, so booking a band (especially last minute) may be more expensive than you think.

• Are you looking for live music, or are you after a more traditional thigh slapping oompah band! Most bands are more contemporary in style, catering for modern audiences, but you can still get your hands on a traditional band. Callers are in high demand though, so don't be surprised if your band says they can't offer this so late in the season.

• Event timings - you're more likely to get a great band in the afternoon before they shoot off to their evening sets. If you have the capacity to bring your event earlier in the day, you're more likely to grab a good band at a bargain, and the band will be happier because they've also filled their afternoons!

• Block booking - if you can book several weekends at once, you're more likely to get better deals on your band. Lots of bands will offer discounts for doing multiple shows, especially when they're on following days.

• Book now for next year! Don't leave it until the last minute, especially for the last weekend of September which is always the busiest of the season, or the first weekend of October - we often take bookings up to two years in advance!
